ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Hotel Manager you will be overseeing the daily management of the facility and staff members to make sure the hotel is ready for check-in and provide guests with an exceptional experience during their stay. You will be responding to all incoming reservations through various apps and websites along with processing payments for all rooms.

In this position the Hotel Manager -

  • Responsible for reporting all billing, maintenance or other issues to owners. 

  • Carry out all cleaning tasks to ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness in all rooms and entire facility. 

  • Follows a regular schedule of deep cleaning projects and upkeep of equipment to ensure that everything stays in good working order and flows to keep the hotel running on a daily basis. 

  • Stocks, organizes, presents and manages retail and vending machines. Ensures that housekeeping staff is properly trained in quality, efficiency and safety. 

  • Maintains time sheets and schedules staff as needed. 

  • Turns in hours to Payroll for all staff in a timely manner. 

  • Meets with guests when necessary to answer questions, explain house rules and take care of specific needs.

  • Experience as a manager, Support, serve and promote company and its core values

  • Have an eye for detail and upholding of hotel standards

  • Maintain good time management skills
