ABOUT THE ROLE

As Kitchen Manager, you are responsible for overseeing all the Back of the House (BOH) responsibilities and employees of the restaurant, while maintaining a positive work environment through inspiring, developing, and providing a team-focused & always innovative vision of excellence. The Kitchen Manager leads, in conjunction with the General Manager.

Coconino Food Managers Certification
Prior Kitchen Manager experience required
