ABOUT THE ROLE
As a brewer, you are responsible for production, cellaring, packaging, warehousing, as well as assistance in forecasting, production planning and purchasing, packaging of beer into cans and keg packages, operating packaging machinery and the cleaning and sanitation of packaging areas and machinery.

REQUIREMENTS
Educational background in brewing or life science, and an analytical background.
A minimum of 6 months experience in brewery production.
Solid working knowledge of the beer and brewing industry.
Knowledge of OSHA and safety standards and governmental regulatory requirements.
